If you are not satisfied with the groove sharpening results of the Wedge Doctor, you can return it within 14 days of delivery (items should be packed in their original packaging as delivered). You will receive the full refund within 3-4 business days after the return of the item. To proceed with the return correctly, please contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us the tracking information on a returned package. If you have received a damaged tool, Wedge Doctor will gladly send you a replacement item at no charge.
Shipping
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery in North America and up to 14 business days to Europe and regioning countries.
Wedge Doctor is happy to offer shipping of our golf products to anywhere in the world. All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping quote will be offered at checkout. Wedge Doctor ships via Canada Post & USPS. Wedge Doctor does not ship to P.O.Box addresses. If you need your wedge doctor faster, contact us and we will quote you for delivery.
Orders placed before 1p.m. (PST) will be shipped the same day. If you have placed your order after 1p.m. (PST), it will be shipped the next day.
OUT-OFF STOCK ITEMS
Even though Wedge Doctor is proud to announce that we keep a lot of our groove sharpening tool in stock, occasionally we run out and your order will be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs. If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If Wedge Doctor does not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay. If Wedge Doctor is unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s).
PAYMENT METHODS
Wedge Doctor accepts Money Orders and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex - via PayPal). All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval. Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. Wedge Doctor will confirm the availability of your order the same day if it is placed before 1p.m. (PST) and the next business day if placed after 1p.m.(PST). All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyers financial institution. You will be notified via email in regards to your approval and shipment.
